Unfortunately, because these magazines are run by businesspeople whose ultimate goal is ever increasing profits, they have no interest at all in educating you, but instead deliberately send you on a wild goose chase for the truth by giving you outdated, ancient information that only offers very limited results - in contrast to the newest, most advanced form of exercise that is kept secret. It is no wonder that when the health, fitness, and bodybuilding industry is at its most profitable point in history, our nation has the highest obesity rate of all time.

Think about it, folks. Your grandparents were using aerobic exercise (cardio) and dieting to lose weight and burn fat. Do you truly think the science of exercise and fitness hasn't progressed since then? Every single aspect of our daily lives and every example of science and technology has dramatically progressed since our grandparents' era, so doesn't it stand to reason that far greater advancements in the effort to lose weight and burn fat have been created since then?

For everyone reading this article, let me tell you that I was totally skeptical of this at first, but I gave it shot and all I can tell you is that is no joke. There is definitely no one else out there teaching this information. Some of the topics discussed in the program are definitely addressed by others, but he explains it better. But the form of exercise he teaches is definitely something I've never come across before and believe me when I tell you it works. What he says is true. Cardio is totally outdated. I strongly urge all of you to check it out.
