6. Maybe you want to count calories in order to determine which foods are better for you, but not be obsessed by them. If you know that you are eating healthy and exercising more, then a few extra calories here and there does not affect you too much.

7. If you have not denied food, how do you want that more. You can eat everything in moderation, and while you could not eat food in different ways, it is your choice, not a rule that will never be broken.

8. More active. You so much you can do, maybe you get used to the bus or train to a stop. Play with your children more, and they take to the park or go with the family on the wheels. 10. If you do not like to sit on an exercise bike, or walking on a treadmill for an hour at a time, why not try other ways in which, such as swimming, cardio classes, martial arts, or spinning classes? All this will help you lose weight and you can improve something, as you want.
