Make Better Choices Get Healthier Now

Your body will get use to what you are doing & stop results from coming! "Many of us view food as a means to an end. Do you find yourself eating breakfast quickly so you can get to work. In so many ways, we're eating on autopilot -- our food decisions are unconscious or invisible, like breathing. But hopefully, by becoming aware that we're making these decisions and what we're basing them on we can start making better eating choices."
Here are some things you can do now to change your health and help you stay fit.

Exercise 30 to 60 minutes each day. If time is limited, exercise for several brief periods throughout the day — for example, three 10-minute sessions rather than one 30-minute session.
Weigh yourself regularly. Monitoring your weight can tell you whether your efforts are working and can help you detect small weight gains before they become even larger.

Don't keep comfort foods in the house. If you tend to eat high-fat, high-calorie foods when you're upset or depressed or bored, don't keep them around. Availability of food is one of the strongest factors in determining how much a person eats.

Walk for 10 minutes over your lunch hour or get up a few minutes earlier in the morning and go for a short walk.

Practice Conscious Eating: Try to eat more slowly, play soft music, and dim the lighting.

When you take your time to eat and really focus on enjoying each bite, you tend to eat less and you'll be satisfied with less.
