Optimize Your Human

It's human nature to want to better ones self, but sometimes the world puts up obstacles, internal and external to stop us from achieving peace and well being in our lives. Exercise is wonderful and the obvious choice for making your body stronger and more able to deal with those obstacles that are external. The stronger the body the better chance your exterior self has to overcome those obstacles. But what of the internal obstacles?

When i say internal obstacles i am not speaking about physical limitations, those are external obstacles, what i am referring to are the "mental" obstacles such as depression, addiction and phobias, internal obstacles that shorten your list of options and choices in the one life we each are gifted. Wouldn't you love to be free of those mental chains and barriers? Wouldn't you like to achieve your pinnacle? You cannot do that with internal obstacles forcing you to tread water instead of move forward. To do your best you have to be your best or at least try.

You are wasting part of the glorious gift that is life if you are aware of any internal obstacles and just let them grow and work un-hindered inside your mind. Only you can remove these obstacles, other may help you with physical obstacles impeding your forward progress but you and only you are responsible for your own personal mental well being. Only you can remove internal barriers and obstacles, beyond god there is no one to do it for you, and God helps those who first help themselves. Self hypnosis can offer you that help.

Self hypnosis is not what you imagine, unless you imagine powerful positive reinforcement that relaxes, refreshes and sharpens your senses to a point you may or may not remember experiencing as a younger individual. Self hypnosis can remove self doubt, great for phobias such as speaking in public and flying. Self hypnosis is also good at strengthening your mind against the obstacle of addictions such as sexual, gambling and nail biting. Exercise for your body is great for over-coming exterior obstacles we all know that but your mind has power over your body, wouldn't it be wise to exercise your mind also? Not doing so is like taking many baths but eating spoiled food or taking care of your cars body but neglecting the engine. Just plain irresponsible.

Self hypnosis is safe and placed entirely in your hands, you are taught how to hypnotize yourself. You won't have to worry about being taken advantage of or unwanted suggestions such as "when you wake up you will love the first person you see and give them all your worldly possessions". I joke but i know many people have that image of hypnosis, that is not even a part of what i am suggesting. The self hypnosis i am speaking of is more of the yoga type, placing your mind in a relaxed state and gently making positive suggestions while you are in a more receptive state of mind, free from outside disturbances and influences. You are always in control! We just offer the path to a relaxed, stress free environment for you recognize and think straight. Self Hypnosis may be exactly what you need to help you wake up to a better you. I love that tag-line, i use it because that is how i do my mental exercises, low volume when i go to bed, it never fails to make tomorrow better and more relaxed, no matter how yesterday went.
