Panic Attack Relief: You Can Find it In Unusual Places

For anyone who suffers from panic attacks, relief is a number one priority.  Panic attacks can be debilitating and life altering.  Unless you suffer from a panic attack, it is hard for people to understand what the sufferer is going through.  For many, panic attack relief can be elusive.

Because the causes of panic attacks are varied, the people who suffer from panic attacks are all different and therefore the relief from panic attacks is different.  What works for one sufferer might not work for another.

Some ways to find panic attack relief are:

1-      Diet – a diet high in sugar and fatty foods can add to your panic attacks.  Avoid nicotine and don’t drink too much caffeine.  Try more natural and organic foods, the foods we eat today are generally laced with chemicals that don’t help our bodies.

2-      Supplements – many panic attacks and anxiety attacks are caused by chemical imbalances.  Sometimes it is as simple as a vitamin deficiency.  When, under stress vitamin B is the first vitamin depleted from your body.  This depletion can cause you to have panic or anxiety attacks.  There are also herbal and other alternative supplements that have been known to help provide panic attack relief.  St. Johns Wort, Kava Kava, Valerian, and SAM-e are all recommended for panic or anxiety attacks.

3-      Exercise – Not that anyone needs another benefit from exercise, but it also helps with depression, anxiety and panic attacks.  Exercise releases endorphins which give you a “natural high”.  Plus, it is good for you all around.

4-      Hypnosis and behavioral therapy – if your panic attacks are caused because of a negative emotional experience then therapy or hypnosis can be the best way to find relief.

The previous mentioned ways to find panic attack relief have worked for many other sufferers, but you need to make the process your own.  It needs to fit to your situation.  There are many other ways to find relief including prescriptions.  For more detailed panic attack relief you can check out the “How to Get Rid of Anxiety” guide and consult your physician. http://www.thenomoreanxietyguide.com
