Almost 90 percent of women in America and Europe suffer from the dreaded “cottage cheese” syndrome or “orange peel” skin known as cellulite.

Cellulite is the lumpy substance resembling cottage cheese that is commonly found on the thighs, stomach, and butt. It is the name for collections of fat that push against the connective tissue beneath a person's skin causing the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker and look lumpy.

Cellulite is a big problem of many women who are fighting hard to get rid of it with little success. So if you have cellulite, you’re not alone.

With their perfect skin, hair, and flawless bodies, celebrities often make us green with envy. Well not any more because some paparazzi photos show that even gorgeous celebrities like Paris Hilton get orange-peel skin on their thighs and bottoms.

Treatments like liposuction and mesotherapy (which uses drugs) are either expensive or may produce only temporary improvement.

Sadly, even doctors warn that liposuction is not an effective treatment for cellulite because it is designed to remove deep fat not cellulite which is close to the skin.

If you want to reduce the amount of cellulite you have, the best thing to do is to decrease excess body fat. If you are overweight, eat fewer calories and exercise more. Experts agree that aerobic exercise combined with strength training is the best weapon against cellulite.

Some anti-cellulite creams have given others a bad name for being a total waste of money. Yet there are many creams that actually work when they are properly and continuously used. These creams work by helping fat cells temporarily drain off lymphatic fluids, thereby reducing the appearance of cellulite.

One of these is Celluthin that effectively delivers clinically proven aminophylline directly to the area where it’s needed for cellulite reduction. Topical fat reduction with aminophylline has produced a significant reduction in fat and an increase in the firmness of the thighs. Aminophylline works by penetrating deep into the skin where it causes body fat cells to shrink, resulting in up to two inches of body fat loss. Checkout www.celluthin.com for more cellulite reduction tips.
