Skipping meals for weight loss is absolutely not recommended and while it can reduce weight, it can also cause considerable harm to health. Instead one should consume food items in smaller quantities therefore one must not fully give up meals and follow a balanced diet to ensure the intake of proper proportions of nutrients and then reduce the consumption of high calorie food items. It is also suggested that one must not have his meal about three hours prior to going to bed. The most important factor that should be kept in mind in case of having a perfect weight loss diet is to ensure proper guidance from a certified medical practitioner to be sure that the diet is suitable.
