You just have to do it. Put that in mind. Quitting smoking is the single biggest thing you can do to improve your overall health and your life expectancy. You’ve tried it many times, I know. You’ve failed I know. But don’t lose hope just yet. Quitting smoking is a time consuming and often very demoralizing venture but just keep reminding yourself of the benefits that will come with success. You will be healthier, happier and more active. You will look, smell and feel better .So if you have decided to do it here are some top tips to aid in your journey:

Hide everything that might remind you of smoking: lighters, ashtrays, pictures of yourself smoking.

Tell everyone that you are going to quit and think about how weak they will think you are if you won’t do just that.

Get a drug that will help you overcome the craving for nicotine. You can get one here.

Stop going to bars or clubs at least for a few days. Seeing others smoke while having fun will be a hard hit believe me.

Save the money that you would usually spend on cigarettes and buy something else with them.

It will take a lot of will power to quit so to keep you motivated dot he following thing : write the benefits of being a non smoker on a small piece of paper that you will take everywhere . When you feel like lighting up read it. This is a good tactic that is sure to drive you closer to success.

And once you've manage to become an ex smoker make sure you keep it that way .
