I actually believe that everyone wants to be and feel healthy. I am also pretty sure that everybody wants to look good, and not only women.

What's the largest organ in your body? It's your skin! It gives, a protective covering for the other organs of the body. It adjusts to control your internal body temperature. And it's a fine indicator of overall health and well-being.

People spend thousands of dollars on skin products to make your skin look vibrant and glowing. They're all topical preparations - preparations that we put on top of our skin. But if we decide to spend a small percentage of the money we spend on these products on RAW FOODS, we'd begin to see an immediate change in the texture of our skin.

When you eat raw foods, you put more of the required vitamins and amino acids your body needs into it. You also add natural moisture. Raw foods contain a lot more moisture than cooked foods, simply for the fact that the cooking process removes so much essential moisture.

Your skin is a sign of what's happening in the rest of your body. And when your blood and organs are nourished with the nutrients they need to function properly, that is evident in your skin. You can obtain your vitamins and moisture from foods like apples and carrots. If you do, then phrases like "inner beauty" and "inner glow" will fit YOU. Your skin is the rest of the world sees and healthy, glowing skin makes the best first impression. Raw food and skin health go very well together.

When you start adding raw foods to your diet, things will just naturally fall into place. You'll feel healthier. You'll look healthier. Some persons will react to you in a more positive way. You'll have so much more energy for your work, your friends, and your family. And this kind of energy is a continuous affair. You don't have to buy self-help books and expensive moisturizers and have plastic surgery. When your body and skin are getting their essential nutrition with raw, uncooked foods, you'll look and feel your best, naturally! So if you want a great skin, start from the inside with raw food and skin health will follow. It will take some time before you see some changes. Remember that it took years to reach the state you are at. You are working from the inside out on a deep level. Be patient and you will reap the full benefits of a healthy diet.
