You also need to ensure that you rest properly after each workout session so that your body will be able to recover without any difficulties. When you are starting each aerobic session you should ensure that your body is properly rested otherwise you will still get fatigued. You should also ensure that you drink plenty of water if you want your body to recover fast after the intense aerobic session. When undertaking aerobic exercises the body usually gets very dehydrated and that is the more reason why you need to take a lot of water.
