Do you want to live your life in limbo, or do you want to revitalize your purpose and passion?
Are you living with anxiety, insomnia, or perhaps a mild to moderate form of depression? Taking supplements or medication helps to suppress the symptoms, but that still doesn't cure the real problem. For example, valerian will help you get a good night's sleep without a racing mind. But, what if by the next night you feel the anxiety and insomnia are back? There really is a solution to this.
Chances are, you are claiming that everything is fine at home and in general. But these symptoms are indicating otherwise. They are trying to let you know that you are off track with your life.
Sometimes your subconscious mind may be pushing you in one direction while your conscious mind is pushing you in another. This leads to a belief that you are not good enough to have the kind of life you want and this gets you to give up on ever getting what you truly want. This can even happen without you even realizing it.
Being off track is the most common human dilemma, so you are not alone. When you disconnect with your inner self, fears and insecurities, and negative beliefs set in. We suppress our dreams, switch off our real creativity, and live in a state of emotional limbo, a grey zone. This is not too fun....living little, feeling little, settling for burnt toast. It is a place of limbo -living between passion and numbness.
To make matters worse, the grey zone might even become a self-fulfilling prophecy (certainties brought about by our expectations). But, you can switch this around by allowing yourself to be #1 in a healthy way. You can begin to express yourself and work through your insecurities and fears.
Expressing your feelings is a big part of the solution, because their suppression is what causes numbness and depression. Withheld emotions cause us to suffer physically by restricting the natural flow of energy in our body. This interrupts the natural flow of giving and receiving. When you end up being less physically active, it may be an instinct that is keeping you from stirring up your emotions. Shallow breaths limit our emotional experience.
REVITALIZE YOUR PASSIONS, REVITALIZE YOUR LIFE
Whenever you feel numb and in your grey zone, make yourself move aerobically. This requires effort, but with determination you will reawaken your wounded emotional patterns and be able to face them and even find solutions to problems. Your creativity will come to life. Your ideas will be born.
Here are more pathways to revitalize your passion:
1. Enhance your self-worth by creating healthy boundaries. This means you say no to disrespect and abuse, and ask for what you want. Do what's best for you.
2. Reactivate your natural passion with dance lessons; boost your creativity with acting classes or art therapy.
3. Commit to facing your fears and accepting yourself. Let yourself get support when necessary.
4. Reconnect with others; Cultivate supportive friendships by taking a personal development class. Join a social or sports club. Your interests will make you feel alive.
5. Be in nature, take a walk, meditate in a peaceful place.
6. Choose to move forward, and the law of the universe will bring you what you need. Dare to shine.
How much you express yourself determines how healthy, happy, and empowered you are in your life. Instead of living in the grey zone, just be your authentic self. No psychologist or coach can bring you back to life. Only you can commit to break free by commiting to being yourself.
