You're thinking, "what the heck are hindu squats?"
Well, they aren't your typical gym squat with a barbell. In fact, you don't even use weights at all for it. Only your bodyweight. Nothing more.
Now, the key to this exercise speeding up your fat loss speed is in fact... SPEED. You need to do these super fast. Don't put in a lazy effort on them or you'll get "lazy results".
Understand this... this exercise will only take you 3-5 minutes a day unless you want to do it 2-3 different times to increase your fat loss speed even more.
So squat fast. What I want you to do is test yourself by doing 50 squats fast in less than 3 minutes. If you can do that, then the next time I want you to do 100 squats in less than 5 minutes.
If you can't get to that, just aim for that as a goal to work towards. Eventually you'll get to there and when you do, the fat loss is plain and simple...
INCREDIBLE.
Now, since this does only take 5 minutes of your time, you can do them twice a day. This is just an option, it's not 100% necessary. You'll still get great fat loss with just 5 minutes a day.
