If you scan the Internet, you'll find more weight loss programs than Imelda Marcos has shoes. While I am not knocking any program per say, there are some very simple things that we can all do, short of extreme dieting, that if done by themselves, will probably lead to loss of weight without all the fancy diets. A lot of it really just comes down to sensible eating. In this article, I'm going to leave you with just a few tips that I am sure will make a world of difference if not totally lose you the weight you're lugging around with you.
The very first thing that is sure to lose you more pounds than you can imagine is to stay out of the fast food restaurants like Burger King and McDonald's. The amount of calories in a regular Whopper sandwich are enough to feed you for a whole day. When you think about that, and the fact that you're probably eating at least two other meals during your day, not to mention how many snacks, it's no wonder you're overweight. If you want to go to a fast food place, go to Subway. Their sandwiches are low in fat and actually quite healthy. Just stay away from the chips and carbonated soft drinks. The artificial sweeteners in diet soft drinks are plain unhealthy so stay away from them too. Water is your best bet. Drink lots of it during the day.
The next thing you want to do is exercise as much as you can. Naturally, each person has a different degree of mobility and some of us can't do much exercise at all. Do what you can because it is only during activity that you burn up any significant amount of calories. So if you're working a desk job from 9 to 5 and then go home and plant yourself in front of the TV for the evening, don't expect to lose a lot of weight, no matter how little you eat, unless you literally starve yourself.
The next thing you want to do, and this is the hardest part for most people, is cut out the high calorie foods, such as rich desserts. Did you know that if you ate nothing else all day except for a piece of 7 layer cake, you'd have about half the total number of calories that you need for your daily allowance. Giving up sweets was the hardest thing I ever did, because I was a real chocolate fiend. But if you're going to have a real chance to lose those pounds, especially if you are very overweight, then the sweets have to go. Eat some fruit. Have an orange or an apple. They have fiber, they're good for your digestive system, they're good for you and they'll help take off the pounds.
The truth is, if 90% of the people who were overweight in this world did just these few simple things, a good portion of those people would lose the excess weight in a safe and effective manner.
You don't need fancy high priced diets to lose those pounds.
Just a little common sense will do.

One more thing , that my penis used to be straight but due to masturbation it has bent toward my left thigh (facing it) and really concerns me. Is there a way to make it straight once again without surgery or can you guys suggest me any position that i can assume during an intercourse because i am worried that my bent penis might cause my sex partner some problems(it will be difficult to penetrate her with a bent penis).
