The Easiest Way to Lose Weight Fast is to Add in Regular Overeating Days

The easiest way to lose weight fast is to give yourself a break from the deprivation that comes from following a low calorie diet. This article shows you why it is not only okay to overeat on a regular basis but why it is NEEDED for easy and fast fat loss.

If you are looking for the easiest way to lose weight fast you are actually looking for a plan that will allow you to still eat fun foods while at the same time keep your metabolism high.

Traditional diets are not easy and cause you to give up your favorite foods indefinitely and if you have ever followed one you soon realize that they are not fast either. Here is the problem. When you went on a diet in the past you reduced the amount of calories you were eating. This created a stressful situation for your body and your body responded by doing three things you didn't want it to do.

1. Your body slowed it's metabolism in order to preserve fat
2. Your body produced more of the hormone cortisol which among other things made it easier to make belly fat
3. Your body increased the hormone ghrelin which made your ravenously hungry.

So that easy weight loss plan you thought you were on actually slowed your ability to burn fat, made more belly fat and made you insanely hungry. This does not work to say the least.

The easiest way to lose weight fast is to follow your diet for 6 days and then completely take a day and overeat. By doing this you convince your body that every thing is okay and it boosts your fat burning metabolism, reduces cortisol making you less likely to deposit belly fat and it strips away your hunger.

If you are like most people who have not yet tried this method for themselves you are probably concerned that this one day of overeating or "cheating" will cause your body to put fat back on but what happens in your body is your metabolism boosts back up to normal strength quicker than your body is able to lay down fat and so you end up losing fat faster than if you had stayed on a restrictive diet.
