To Supplement or Not To Supplement

Many scientists believe that over 250,000 years ago, the diets of humans classified them as mainly vegetarians, with occasional game meats and fish thrown in – this caused nutritional supplements to be totally unnecessary. They were healthy!

They ate what they found, could grow, or hunt which someone did not lead to excess and were healthy due to the high amount of vegetarian diets they consumed. Over time, they had evolved into the "omnivorous hunter-gatherers" of that period. What does this have to do with nutrition or nutritional supplements?

The study of nutrition is the study of what we eat, or rather, should eat – so we can stay healthy and disease-free. Our society today is full of obesity, osteoporosis, psychological, and behavioral problems. Every inch of it stems from what we consume in our diets.

These diets are not really "diets," as they have many imbalances, excesses, or deficiencies, which cause a wide range of health conditions, from glowing excellent to dying from malnutrition.

Which end do we choose to live in? Well, let us see, I think it was Hippocrates, in 400 B.C., who said, "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food." And with the food we are presently eating, nutritional supplements will come knocking at our doorway.

Our society has eaten processed, fast food so long of a time – I am afraid to say that the taste of good healthy food is not good to the good ole taste buds anymore. This will take time of eating correctly and knowing what is good for us, eventually changing these taste buds back to where they were intended to be.

Only then will you know how bad the other food was in the first place! Meanwhile, due to the imbalances and other fun things, we need to take nutritional supplements to keep ourselves in balance and under control. But there are so many, how can we decide?

An excellent choice would be the Eniva advanced nutraceutical supplements. Follow their "Health Destination Guide" in order to decide which Eniva product would be best for you to follow for three months. Some examples would be for emotional health, head comfort, healthy sleep, the neurological nervous system, blood pressure, and general health for adults or kids, etc.

The Eniva philosophy focuses on vibrant health rather than illness, and following a principle of a strong and balanced nutritional foundation. They feel that not only what is put into the body that is important to the health, but also in what form and what balance.

If you are new to nutritional supplements or very knowledgeable about them, check out the Eniva products to see what they have. Once you begin to see the results you desire, you will feel good enough to choose other products for other issues. Get healthy and stay healthy!
