Test out the best colors at a department store counter or at Sephora. (Tip: Tell the makeup artist you are looking to correct the undereye circles and are testing several different types before purchase). Choose concealer that's a shade lighter than your foundation. And if your circles are very dark, go 2 shades lighter. You might be choosing a concealer that's too light if you are getting a 'raccoon look.'
Look better and feel healthier then ever before while nourishing your body simply and easily following the nutrition guide in this report.
Recover the spark that was once in your eyes but went unnoticed relinquished by your dark circles.
You should ideally speak to an eye doctor to find out why your eyes react in this manner to contacts. It is however natural for eyelids to appear darker and oily by the end of the day - I don't know the extent of your problem. Consider simply washing your face during the day. Also, try applying cucumber slices on your lids after returning home from work everyday, to sooth your eyes. If you wear coloured contacts but don't have a number, I suggest you wear them only when going out at night, for a few hours.
A very effective treatment is using a mixture of 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt and 1-teaspoon honey, mix and use it like an eye-mask under the eyes. Wash off after 15 minutes. Also, take grated cucumber or potato and immerse cotton pads in the mixture then refrigerate until cold and apply over eye area. This makes an excellent eye treatment.
For a more lasting solution, incorporate an under-eye moisturizer into your daily beauty regiment. Pamela Springer, executive director of The Skin & Makeup Institute of Arizona, suggests using a product formulated with nourishing ingredients such as elastin, collagen and Vitamin E. For mature skin, she recommends Alpha Hydroxy Acid-based products that disband dead cells, allowing nutrients to penetrate. Because the delicate skin under eyes has such small pores, Pamela warns against over-hydrating, which can clog pores and add to the problem.
The make up you wear while treating your dark circles completes your self confident, well rested image. Concealers work well, but there is another approach that give a more natural appearance. Layering your loose powder color corrector with a good primer keeps dark under eye circles from showing through for hours.
Today, there are plenty of non-surgical methods available to get rid of dark circles under eyes. In fact, everyone probably knows someone that has tried tea bags or cucumbers. Green tea does actually contain an anti-inflammatory substance called EGCG that can reduce puffiness, but the amount of EGCG is so small in most teas that it might not be worth it.
You can use tea bags and cucumbers: Yes there is definitely something to those commercials where women have cucumbers and tea bags on top of their eyes. Both tea bags and cucumbers reduce inflammation and decrease swelling. Tea bags are especially good to use for dark swollen circles because there is tannin inside of the tea that helps with eliminating the puffiness.
Slurp this juice to get rid of those tainted circles. Drink tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. Eat food with rich vitamins and iron. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Use sunglasses while out in the sun to protect your eyes from the harmful rays.

By: Nyssa | 21-08-2008
I periodically have a burning, acidic sensation in my stomach, and when I burp, it feels like a small amount of stomach acid is coming up. I do not experience burning in my chest like heartburn. It can happen whether I am hungry or have just eaten, and I haven't noticed any foods that correlate with the burning. What could this be? Could this be serious enough to see a doctor?
