When someone is experiencing acute leukemia, they will have symptoms that start and seem to continue rapidly. Chronic leukemia is slower, and it can be difficult to know whether the individual has leukemia or some other illness. There can be problems in the digestive track, fever, fatigue, and trouble with the kidneys.
