FEEL SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW, 99% of people are constantly thinking of their problems, bills, spouses, car repairs, home renovations, work, appearances, health and so much more, because they don’t know any better. Every day though is new beginning, a new life, a new start, you have to start fresh by appreciating everything you have and accomplished so far. Give credit to yourself by making positive thoughts about you, remind yourself that you are a good human being, you are kind and loving and that you are very caring, place yourself in a peaceful zone, it is perhaps the most important think to start your day being happy and motivated in order to enjoy every single minute of your day and years to come.
Here are some tips to start some major life changes for your benefit. As soon as you wake up start breathing deply for about 2-3 minutes, take a deep breath and exhale by standing straight, do some stretches nice and slow, put on some soothing music of your preference, sleep early so you can wake up early and have time for this, never RUSH for anything or anyone, the above tips are very important to really have a GREAT DAY, and don’t forget to have a complete healthy breakfast to keep you going alive during the day.
When you are going to work try a different route, make sure you check your NEW route with map quest or Google maps, there you will see the estimated time you need to get to work, changes of environment boosts your brain cells, you can also repaint your house or some rooms, redecorate and add some plants to clear your indoor air.
Do some drawings, you don’t have to compete with nobody but yourself and only, again your are boosting your brain cells, you will be surprised and proud of your accomplishment, get involve in some physical activity, that is another great stress relief solution, replace your smoking habit with something better, and start training yourself to replace every negative though with a positive one, remember your best friend is you, don’t be your worst enemy.
Stay away from bad people if they always stress you out, then just avoid them period, what is more important? How they will feel about it? or the fact that you are feeling better already, hang out with different groups as well, hanging with different groups is healthier and rejuvenating.
Solve puzzles and play brain games, spark up the most important tool that you have, your Brain, their lots of family brain games , create a loving environment with the ones you love the most, shut off that TV and computer, these triggers parts of your brain that makes you depressed. TV News is also very bad for you. Read a book instead.
Spend time with MOTHER nature, listen to the trees, listen to the birds, touch the earth, plant flowers, go swimming, go hiking, go the cottage or park, you can breathe fresh air, get away from you everyday routine and again relief lots of streets, enjoy nature!
Eat less but more often, drink wine and greet tea, eat nuts and buy herbs and use them in your recipes, there are thousands of herbs that can give you energy, herbs also cleanse your colon. Take care of yourself because nobody has too, and nobody will.
