Weight Loss – 3 Tips For The Summer Body Of Your Dreams

Summer is the best time of the year. You may be going on holiday, going to the beach or just staying at home but whatever you choose to do you will most probably want to get your body looking nice. Obviously you can’t expect things to happen overnight, they will take time and hard work and as long as you are willing to give that then you are bound to get that summer body you have dreamed of. In this article discover how you can get your summer body in 3 steps.

Step 1 – Carve off the fat or put it on
You first need to decide if you don’t have your body because you are a bit overweight or a bit skinny. Once you have decided that you need to choose your cardio level. For those of you that are overweight you need something intense to burn off that fat (intense training at least 3 times a week).
For those who are too skinny you need to add medium cardio workouts (5 times a week).
Everyone has an ideal body behind a wall of fat even skinny people and you want to let it out so cardio workouts on high intensity or medium will break down this wall and reveal your sexy features.

Step 2 – Add on or take off the weight
For those of you that are overweight you will have to go and take off the weight. Most the pressure of this is taken off by the intense cardio you are doing but you need to learn to eat less and also healthier. By going on a balanced diet you are giving your body nutrients and energy to continue growing.
Skinny people, you will have to put on weight and this doesn’t mean pig out at McDonalds, it means it healthy but in large amounts. You want to be putting on weight and thanks to the cardio it will be turned to muscle because you are making sure it doesn’t turn into fat.

Step 3 – Exercise
Doing any intense exercise will help you build muscles. For overweight people it will be easier to build muscle as you have fat to convert into muscle, but for skinny people it will be a bit harder but if you eat a lot of healthy food you will increase your chances of bulking up.

There you have it 3 quick tips to build that get your summer body. As long as you follow these steps you should start seeing results in 2 weeks minimum!
