What’s the Best Way to Lose Stomach Fat Fast?

Roughly 2 of 3 people in the US are overweight or obese.  We spend more than fifty billion dollars each year on weight loss products.

Think about that for a minute.  If pills, herbs, teas, patches, and every other weight loss gimmick on the market helped people learn what’s the best way to lose stomach fat fast, why would we have such a huge rate of obesity?

Because of one simple thing: hype and commitment.  People want an easy fix for a difficult problem – being fat – and there just isn’t one.  However, you can lose stomach fat quickly and safely – which is very important if you’re already overweight or if you’re needing to lose stomach fat to prevent heart failure, which is something millions of people die from every day.

In order to lose stomach fat quickly, you’re going to have to create a calorie deficit (simply put, eat less) and exercise more.  If you already exercise, that’s great – you’re ahead of the game.  If you don’t, you’ll need to start doing it gradually and safely.  If you’re overweight, it’s especially important to start exercising safely so that you don’t risk injuring yourself.

The type of exercise you do is also very important to losing stomach fat.  You need to do about an hour of cardio a day (or even an hour and a half for fastest results) so that you’re in the optimum fat burning zone where your heart rate is increased for an extended period of time.  This puts your body literally into a fat burning mode that keeps your metabolism revved throughout the day.  Exercise like this is crucial to succeeding when you need to lose stomach fat fast.

Diet is also another important factor.  Cut back on excess carbs and fat and try to incorporate more protein into your diet.  The more green vegetables you eat, the better.  Cutting out sugar will give you great results, though it’s a very difficult step.

What’s the best way to lose stomach fat fast?  Diet, exercise, and commitment.  If you’re dedicated to it, you can succeed and see results in just a few days, even.  You’ll feel better, stronger, have more energy, and be driven to continue.  There’s no reason not to start losing weight now.  What are you waiting for?
