The penis releases a number of secretions which accumulate under the foreskin. This calls for high standards of hygiene and a regular regime of pulling the foreskin back for a thorough cleaning. The foreskin also retains sexual fluids long after intercourse. The glans, as noted offers a fertile ground for the growth of germs an other organisms. If the hygiene standards are compromised the end result is an infection of the urinary tract. Circumcision is sexually good because it saves you from all these troubles.
