A second way that EFT can assist you with improving your golf game is with sore muscles or recovery from injuries. EFT can help you neutralize negative emotions and beliefs so that in essence, you have a clean slate. You can then begin to play a better game of golf and install new imagery into your mind that promotes future success. Also, EFT can significantly improve other areas of your life too.
