What is the best location to buy a Las Vegas Condo?
In Las Vegas there are many great neighborhoods in which to buy real estate. Obviously, anything near the strip is great for young people who love to go out. Henderson is perfect for those who are looking for an affordable family neighborhood. Henderson has very good schools and affordable single family houses.
I would recommend the South Strip as the best mix of all of Las Vegas. You will still get a Strip address, next to but not in the hub of activity. The South Strip has been called the “New Vegas” and is an area of booming development. Many new casinos, shopping meccas and restaurants are coming to this area including Town Square, M Resort and a hefty expansion to the Silverton.
ONE Las Vegas is a great option because it is located in the South Strip and offers great luxury amenity packages. With shuttle and concierge service, residents can have all of the benefits of a downtown Las Vegas condo without all of the tourists and gridlock.
