Learn How to Save Money, Time and Possibly Your Sanity Too

Tamara Wilhite's ebook, "Saving Money, Time, Sanity and Yourself", is filled with more money saving tips in its 40+ pages than many other books that I have read on the topic with three times as many pages. Not only are her tips and suggestions frugal - but her writing style as well. In essence she gets right to the point without adding a lot of unnecessary filler - and I really can appreciate that.

This book in particular is broken down into nine separate chapters covering topics such as saving money, saving power, saving water, etc., but I have to admit, the tips I loved the most were the more personal ones aimed at  saving money as a parent while keeping the kids happy and the tips about helping others while still saving.

We are not all "savers" and this current economic downturn has been a true eye-opener in proving that this is true. It is sad that so many of us have been caught up in the act of "keeping up with the Jones' " and have forgotten that we need to keep an eye on our future as well and if we don't begin saving right now will we even have a future?

But I have to admit, after reading all the various tips Tamara offers, on subjects as diverse as cell phones to brown bagging, from water consumption to self improvement tips, from birthday celebrations to saving time, I have to admit that her tips on saving money with the kids and avoiding so much consumerism with friends and family were among my favorites.

I won't give them away here but if you have children, especially young children, and you're trying to "make ends meet" then you should certainly check out this book for yourself. And even if you don't have kids, the other down to earth suggestions in here are easy enough that anyone can do them and they are all  thought provoking enough to make you wonder, "Why didn't I think of that?" to start with.

In an age when we are all reminded that saving is important and that we must do so to ensure our future, Tamara Wilhite's book,  "Saving Money, Time, Sanity and Yourself", offers us loads of easy to do things that can add up over time into a great money saving outlet and with just a little change in behavior we too can save for our future - or at least right now.

So to finish, let me spell it out for you as plainly as I can:  "Saving Money, Time, Sanity and Yourself", is a wonderful book, filled with great money saving ideas in many different areas. It is concise, to the point, well thought out, and easy to read. In fact, if you are looking for ways to save money but are scared about completely changing your lifestyle, please read this book and you'll realize just how do-able this can be. I just can't recommend it any higher.

Children rely on their parents to provide examples of how things are to be done in life. Good parents do just that, and only that. A tragic mistake that occurs so often in raising children is the parents’ tendency to make choices for their children. This results in the children growing up in unhappy adolescents who resent their parents.

Should You Homeschool Your Kids?

By: Debbie Ray | 16/08/2009 | Homeschooling
The ability to home school your child has many positive aspects, probably one of the biggest being the ability to give each child very specific, individualized, one on one attention. Another plus for home schooling your own child is that the child doesn't have to deal with many of the negative peer pressure issues that are so often associated with the entire public school system. In my own experience I feel I must also tell you that there are a few negative aspects that can go with home school
