Never Lose Rings and Necklaces Again by Using a Jewelry Organizer

Are your necklaces and chains lying in a tangled mess at the bottom of your jewelry box? Have you ever lost your favorite ring because your pet dog thought it was a neat toy? A jewelry organizer is a great way to help keep your favorite rings, earrings and necklaces safe and easily accessible.

If you have not had a jewelry box since your mom gave you a spinning ballerina one as a present for your tenth birthday, then you will be amazed at all the different varieties that are available to you today. Ranging from ear ring trees to full-fledged jewelry armoires, these storage options are beautiful pieces of furniture in and of themselves. Just take a look at the various types of jewelry organizers you can buy to help keep your jewelry safe and near at hand.

Keep your rings safe

Besides your cat, the biggest dangers to your precious valuables are the kitchen and bathroom drain. Just ask any plumber how often he or she is called out to recover a ring from a drain trap (which by the way is more than worth the $60 house call when compared to losing your ring to the water department). Of course, you could save yourself from a headache and the plumber’s fee by keeping your rings and other valuables safe while you conduct your daily bathroom rituals. One clever favorite is a suction ring keeper that attaches to tile, glass or a mirror surface to hold onto your rings and necklaces while you bathe or do the dishes.

Never spend an hour untangling chains again

Most jewelry boxes give you no option to keep your gold and silver chains neat untangled. Your only real choice is to wrap them up carefully before putting them into the jewelry box, though unfortunately most of us do not always take the time to do that.

If you are looking for a better solution, how about a hanging bracelet and necklace organizer with Velcro loops to secure each piece of jewelry safely? Hanging loops and bars are an excellent option to keep your necklaces and chains tangle-free. They can hang on a wall, on the back of a door, or be a part of a jewelry armoire. An armoire that provides hooks for hanging your necklaces is another great solution. It does not get any easier than that. When storing your necklace is as easy as hanging it on a hook, there is no excuse for dropping it on the dresser where it can get damaged or lost.

Pretty jewelry pieces make great gifts

  1. Jewelry boxes and organizers are traditional gifts for young women, and some of the prettiest jewelry organizers double as lovely furniture or dresser top pieces. A free-standing jewelry armoire generally offers hooks on the insides of the felt-lined doors to keep your necklaces tangle-free and undamaged, as well as drawers with built-in organizers to hold your precious jewelry pieces. A wall-mounted armoire might be faced with a mirror and open to provide storage for rings, necklaces, earrings and even hair pieces. You can even find jewelry armoires that hang over the back of a door. When   closed, it looks like a mirror. However, when opened, it has room for earrings, necklaces, chains, rings and bracelets.

Dresser top jewelry organizers

For the most traditional among us, there are dozens of different styles of dresser top organizers. The best known are standard jewelry boxes, fitted with organizer trays to hold all of your jewelry, but there are other options as well. The advent of acrylic opened up a wide range of possibilities to attractively hold and display your jewelry, including earring trees and stackable jewelry organizers that are very popular with teen girls. Stacking jewelry organizers let you get modular, adding pieces on when you need them. For those on the go, even if it is just to the gym before work, nothing could be better than a jewelry pouch organizer that can slip into your purse.
