In branding yourself, it also helps if you can define your target base—your customers and their needs and expectations. Then determine what values or qualities these customers should see in you as opposed to the competition.

Position yourself as a leader who can help others succeed in THEIR OWN businesses. Continue to create and give value to your customers and prospects. Send out monthly email updates and helpful articles to your prospects; remember to always include your link in every correspondence.

These are the things that win people’s trust and loyalty. It will help you build a strong customer base and attract new customers to you. Self branding is so important to your business because no matter what the product line is, you remain you.
