Credit crunch has become a household phrase all over the world today. You will think it’s another snack bar or cereal. You know Crunchy Nuts, Kit – Kat and other crunchy snacks? I’m sure this is not funny or is it? The American market sneezed and the whole world is catching the cold. I just read in my AOL headlines that Northern Rock, the first credit crunch casualty in the UK, is set to reveal a £500m loss since its nationalisation earlier this year. While that projects a gloomy headline to behold, it suddenly occurred to me that it may not all be bad news.

The whole universal system is based on the law that states that ‘Matter can’t be destroyed, they only change their state of existence’.  It simply means, for example, a cube of ice may melt into liquid water, the liquid water may evaporate into vapour, steam or something else but nothing is destroyed. This theory is true concerning ALL matter. I dare to stretch this to the present Credit crunch situation.

Economy is a matter of buying and selling, and profit and loss. One selling would mean another buying at the same time. One making profit would mean that someone is making a loss somewhere. On the other hand if you ask the right questions from the wrong people, you would likely get the wrong answers.
