Working part time, is a good way to earn an extra income. I myself used to work part time as waiter during I was in High School. Jobs part time online are the best option for anyone with a family or small children. You can actually plan and schedule your time, and it is very flexible. In fact, there are a lot of people out there working part time and earn money online. Imagine you got retrenched by your company, and if you don't have a part time job online, you will have no income coming in. Thus you will have a financial problem.
The Cons of working online at home
Most people get into their online venture without any knowledge. This is very dangerous because it will cost you a lot more money if you don’t have proper training. Imagine your website is at the bottom of Google and Yahoo. How the world is going to know your web site if you are at the bottom of Google and Yahoo. I always urge people to get educated before going into online business.

I am working as an affiliate marketer, and I am earning more than $2000 online now. I signed up a program called Wealthy Affiliate for months now, and they provide great training on how to use pay per click, creating a good landing page and they also have great research tools for affiliate marketer.
