Secondly, most people do not have a plan. Well, if you do not know what you want, how are you going to achieve what you want?
2) How much does it cost to start a home based business?
There are people who say that you do not need any money to start a home based business on the internet. Well, if you are using bum marketing method, it is possible to make money without any up front investment. However, it is always a good idea to pay for web hosting as well as a small sum of money to advertise your business. $500 will be a good start.
However, even if you do not intent to spend any money, you will still need to put food on your table. Therefore, if you want to plunge into your home based business on a full time basis, you should at least ensure that you are financially stable for at least 6 months.
