Have you ever thought about why your closest family members and friends will spend tons of money for you without a complete interrogation? It is obviously because they know and TRUST you. That's the secret to G-Cruiting prospects (future family members) into your networking business. They need to trust you that you can solve their problems before they join your business. It's never about your business. There are tons of profitable ventures out there. The real truth is that it's about you, how great of a person you are, and how much value you have to offer through vital and relevant knowledge.
Too many people get it confused and push and brag about their businesses to people before establishing trust, which is the key to G-Cruiting. As a matter of fact, think about this... who do you think should be the first person to bring up your particular business, you or the prospect? Hint: it's not you. Build trust by solving their problems and just helping people and building relationships, and they will ask you about your business and join if it benefits them. That's the easy recruiting art of recruiting prospects into your networking business.
So how do you build trust? How do you have more people coming to you easily, and make recruiting prospects easier for you? All you have to do is ask a specific target audience what it is they want before they ask you. Don't make it harder than it is. Ask them what they want before they ask you how you can help them. When they tell you what it is they want and are looking for, then offer them a solution on HOW to get them what they want. This is where relevant knowledge comes in.
Learn as much as you can in your specific field which can benefit a hungry audience in their success. Keep in mind that your networking business is not the solution. Show them exactly how to solve their problems and that will build that 'family trust' which will have them in your business... whatever it may be. It's that simple. Forget about you and your business in a sense, concentrate on helping others by showing them HOW to go about solving their issues, and you wont have to go about recruiting prospects, they'll come to you. That's easy recruiting. That's the art of G-Cruiting. I've also been asked how is it possible to have a conversation with future family members online... without you being present.
If the key is to ask prospects what they want before they ask you, then you can go about doing this by creating lead generation web surveys. Have your specific target audience opt in to a customized auto-responder series, where the first thing you send is a survey which can be seen as a mini interview without your initial presence. You can also have this survey on a free blog which you can set up at blogger.com. The possibilities are limitless. So in this survey, you can weed out those who are serious about progression from those who are serious about procrastination by asking questions such as:
Are you looking for a profitable business opportunity? How many hours would you be willing to put in your business a week? What is your biggest fear? Are you concerned with your bills, or the bills of others? What is your outlook on success? Are you one who talks, or one who walks? Here's my favorite one: What exactly is it that you are looking for? These are just a few you can ask. This is easy recruiting.
Don't make recruiting prospects harder than it is. Remember to build relationships. You may also include questions in your survey which contain essay responses or multiple choice responses. For example, how many hours would you be willing to put in your business a week can have multiple choice answers such as: A) 30 minutes B) 1 hour C) 30 hours D) As much as it takes to be successful. The key is to ask specific questions which will enable you to really get to know the targeted prospect on a personal level. Then all you have to do with the results is formulate an auto-responder series with knowledge and solutions which strictly cater to the answers you receive from the survey.
You can Google 'web survey software' for websites which allow you to create these online lead generation surveys. Surveymonkey isn't bad at all in my opinion. It's free and easy, and who doesn't love free and easy. That's how you can build relationships and trust online, and make recruiting prospects (future family) easy. Treat everyone with love as you do with family. The profession of being a life changer is extraordinary. Make sure you remain a life changer by helping people rather than being a life nagger by bothering people. Learn as much as you can, continue to increase your value, and most importantly continue to take action. No one, no matter how brilliant or caring, is recognized without persistent action.
