To help encourage yourself to follow your own rules and work schedules, you should set your target income for the month. Setting a target income for the month will help encourage you to put in more time and effort on your business especially when you see that you are still far from your target income. On the other hand, if you have a target income for the month, you can reward yourself with a day off if you are already able to meet your targets well ahead of time.
