How To Be A True Network Marketing Leader Today

Instead of the normal tools and tips for how to grow your business on-line, I wanted to take this time to talk about network marketing leadership.

By leadership I do not mean the "Ra-Ra" meetings that many people in mlm business opportunity meetings go to, or hosting opportunity calls or anything like that.

What I am talking about is leadership, the kind that transcends businesses and communities. It actually ties in with and enhances the concept of attraction marketing.

Think like using as a model for myself is that of the "servant network marketing leader". A servant leader remembers that they would be nowhere without their downline. Even the smallest, newest distributor in your downline is a valuable member of your group. They all have hopes, ambitions and dreams for their network marketing business.

he kind of mindset that comes out of being a servant and an MLM leader helps keep things in perspective. It helps one remember that that call from the frustrated new member who just can't seem to sign anyone up is very important. I

t is absolutely the most important thing on that persons mind, and we as leaders have to remember that. We all started out as that new distributor who couldn't understand the compensation plan or didn't know how to cut and paste something onto their web browser and don't know the first thing about advertising their multi-level marketing business.

Being a servant and network marketing leader is being there for people. Now you don't want to fall into the trap of spending all of your time helping people who cannot help themselves (been there done that), but you do want to show your genuine concern and compassion for those in your network marketing business.

What this does is create loyalty in your organization. If you just some time mentoring, helping people help themselves and providing true network marketing leadership, you will have earned their absolute loyalty. What loyalty brings is a solid downline and helps prevent people from jumping ship and going onto the next available opportunity. An all too common occurance in this network marketing business,

So, the moral of this post tonight is, be there for your downline. By helping them and being a servant leader, you will ultimately help yourself and your MLM business. True leaders attract others to them.
