More and more people every day and every year look to the internet to provide them with an extra source of income and the biggest question on their mind is can they do it with no investment at all or a minimal amount on their part?
Well the answer is a resounding YES it’s called Affiliate marketing. But it also comes with a BIG BUT or catch 22. It is entirely possible to forge an extra income online with a lot of free marketing methods, especially with all this new web 2.0 stuff such as twitter, face book and squidoo.
However it can be a slow process in generating an income, and it is a lot of work on your behalf. But occasionally it renders great results, quite quickly because a lot of this social web 2.0 stuff goes viral. Website and blog owners tend to pick it up and republish it on their sites and email it out to their readers.
If they have quite a following then you can very quickly see a “snowball” effect on your traffic and hopefully sales.
Using free methods it is entirely possible to start seeing an income by the end of the month, another advantage of using free methods such as article creation, online classifieds and youtube marketing is it creates some very solid foundations and consistent levels of traffic.
Another problem people struggle have is trying to visualize what an “internet business” looks like. Especially since the internet is an intangible entity. Since everyone is so used to traditional business and e-commerce sites such as amazon.com and eBay they think it requires huge effort and an “established brand awareness” presence which is all very well and good and if you want that no one’s stopping you but it already puts a cap on starting an internet business with no money
I imagine all you want right now is an extra source of income. One of the beautiful things about the internet is there is an endless amount of ways to make money online with it so there is no strict business model or way it should look, remember it’s intangible...
So can you start an internet business with no money?, you absolutely can and you can start today by doing a bit of market research and signing up as an affiliate to click bank, paydotcom, plimus, amazon.com. Then writing some articles and publishing them to this site, other article directories, squidoo and don’t forget to tell your mates on facebook.
