The Law of Attraction is one reason why some folks seem to roll through life with ease and grace, while others appear to continually struggle in one form or another, never achieving their desired success.

Very simply put, the Law of Attraction means “like attracts like”. Whatever thought you focus on grows. Therefore, your mind is actually the workshop where everything starts. Your thoughts and feelings act like one big magnet either attracting successful experiences or not.

This Law of Attraction is the law of creation, always working whether we choose to believe it or not. Quantum physicists have proven that the entire universe emerged through thought. This means you created your life through thought. Amazing ... isn't it?

When you become aware of this universal Law of Attraction you'll realize how you can create your life anew through new thoughts. You can now choose to create better health, more wealth, loving relationships, and whatever you desire. Through the conscious use of the Law of Attraction you will be using more expansive, effective and powerful thoughts.

Just like electricity, you do not have to see this Law of Attraction to use it. Just like electricity, it is invisible yet very real. The Law of Attraction works 100% of the time whether you are consciously aware of it or not. What you THINK, FEEL, and GET are ALWAYS in alignment. You do not get what you desire. You get what you vibrate, through emotions and thought!

You will come to understand that anyone that is experiencing struggle in his/her life is not in alignment. If you are experiencing any problem such as ill health, financial struggle, or unsatisfying relationships, and you keep talking about it and focusing on the problem you are actually attracting more of the same to you. Experiencing any kind of difficulty simply means you have a weak link.

In fact, the ill health, the lack of funds, the broken heart, need not be horrible in and of itself, if you can recognize it as a signal to change the way you are currently thinking and feeling.

The contrast meaning what we are experiencing vs. what we desire serves a purpose. It allows us to get really clear on what we do want and to start aligning our thoughts and feelings with these desires. It does require us to get in touch with our emotions, understand them, and work through them.

By now some of you may be thinking I did not choose to experience the struggle. I certainly did not intentionally attract the disease, the divorce, or the small income. You certainly did not do this consciously, but subconsciously much was happening.

I too was upset with myself, when I first learned of the above concepts. Consciously, I did not choose the lack of successful experiences but I was definitely attracting it subconsciously.

Most of us attract by default due to a lack of knowledge. We do not pay attention to our thoughts and tend to ignore our feelings. Now trying to monitor every single thought would drive us crazy so this is where our emotional guidance system comes into play. If we feel good, if we feel love and gratitude towards ourselves and others, we we'll attract more good things. If we feel bad because of resentment, guilt, anger, or frustration we'll send out negative vibrations and we will attract more of the same.

The better you can get yourself to feel, the more in alignment you will be. Do keep in mind this is not about repressing our emotions, but rather working through them.

What ever you are feeling over time is a pretty good indicator of what it is you will receive. Begin to visualize the healthy body you desire, the thriving business you want to build, and the success you want toattract. Begin to feel the excitement of your life changing. The universe will correspond to the nature of the feeling.
