1) Have a Posture that Attracts Business Builders-Network Marketing tends to be a very product driven business. It’s great that you are excited about your products or services. But if you want to be successful then you need to get just as excited about your business opportunity as you are about your products. Remember this… Your business opportunity actually IS one of your products.
So you need to be very intentionally marketing your business, just as much as your products. You need to be able to demonstrate that you KNOW your business. People interested in a business want to work with other people who are absolutely serious about making money.
2) Educate People on the VALUE of the Business –Do you have a great product in a great industry? Can you easily show people the tax benefits? Do you know how to show people HOW they make money? Be prepared to show people that they can make money, and that you know HOW they make it, and what they have to actually do to make it happen.
3) Get Great at Making Offers – Don’t just talk about your business, give people a reason to join. “Bob, I’m putting together a team this week. If I were willing to consider you for the team, would you be willing to go to a website and get some more information”? Or like this… “Bob, if I were willing to show you how to make $3,000 a month in the next 90 days so you could quit your job, would you watch this DVD and get it back to me tomorrow”? It’s that simple, offer Bob something HE wants, in exchange for taking the next step in your system. This will help your prospects take action, and help you know which ones are really serious.
