MLM Network Marketing Training Using Games on Leadership Edition 2

There are 5 categories in network marketing that you will need to develop mastery in to be successful. They are Personal Growth, Customer Acquisition, Recruiting, Team Building, and Leadership. Developing mastery in Network Marketing takes discipline and a lot of hard work.

The traditional training style of classroom learning, seminars, books and CD's offered by the leadership of these companies provides good information, but does not equate to success for most people. The HOW is also very important, and interactivity in training helps you learn quicker and retain the information.

In this article we will focus on Leadership.

Since everything you do will duplicate, leading by example is a fundamental skill that is imperative to your success.

It is tough to make an article interactive, however we will do our best here.

Here are some interactive questions we have created for you.

In order to be the best leader, which of the following is most important?

A) having a downline
B) developing relationships
C) concentrating on management
D) always being right

Now... think of the answer, re-read the question if you need to, and answer the question mentally.
The answer to the question is: B) developing relationships

Having a downline does not make you a leader, and it definitely does not necessarily make you a better leader. Always being right is obviously not the correct answer. A common mistake many people make once they get new team members under them is to slide into the management role, and this is a big mistake early on. What you do your downline will do, and if you are not doing the business and just managing them, they will just manage their downline, or nothing if they do not have a downline. To be the best leader, you need to continually develop relationships, and lead by example.

Here is another one...

It is important to teach a new distributor:

A) not to tell anybody about their new business
B) to learn 100% of the information before telling anyone about the product
C) to follow the system the company has laid out for success
D) to use the product for a month before they begin recruiting

The answer to the question is: C) to follow the system the company has laid out for success

Unfortunately, even though 99% of people know that A is a wrong answer, it is a common tragedy. The statistics show that more often times then we would think, people get started in a home business and never tell anyone outside their household about it! Knowing about your product and your opportunity is important, and you should become an expert, and this can all be done as you are building your business. You do not need to learn all this stuff before you start building your business. Having had used the product you are selling is very important, however, using it daily for a month is not required. You will be able to leverage 3rd party research to justify what you are selling.

The most important thing for a new distributor to do is to use and stick to the system of success the company or upline recommends for success.

Here is the 3rd question...

In order to build a successful network marketing business it is essential to develop leaders.

Now... think of the answer, re-read the question if you need to, and answer the question mentally.

The answer to the question is: True

If you are the only leader, you have a limited reach. When you begin to notice anyone take leaderships roles, notice them, and encourage them to continue. Teach people to teach others, which helps them develop their leadership skills. Soon enough these people will be self sufficient and they will replicate what you taught them, so they will begin to train and encourage leaders under them. This is one of the beauties of network marketing.

We encourage you to use question and game based learning for everything you do. Question based learning will engage more senses, and increase your retention of the information.

Whenever you read a book, magazine, or article, get creative and create your own questions.

This is fun, and it will permanently transfer the information to your brain. This is also a fun way to engage your team. For extra fun, you can give away prizes for correct answers when you send out e-mail blasts with your questions, and continue to learn together!
