4. Lead With Value

If you are able to provide value and show people how to succeed you are going to sponsor people effortlessly. Most people in MLM seem to forget that this business is all about relationships with people. Just think about what your leads and prospects really want and give it to them.
5. Connect With Your Leads
Find someway to connect to your leads once they have entered your marketing pipeline. This means either emailing them, instant messaging them and most importantly calling them. Let them know that you are a real person and want to help them. This will give you an edge over the 85% of your competition who are afraid to pick up the phone.
6. Become A Leader
Do what others will not do. Learn the necessary skills to absolutely 'kill it' in this industry. Skills like lead generation, marketing and recruiting. By doing this you present yourself with an immense level of value and you become more attractive to others. This is what the top earners have done for years.
