3 Network Marketing Actions that Explode Your Business
1) Finding New Interested People – Every network marketer needs an abundant source of motivated, interested people. Let’s face it; if you don’t have interested people to work with then you probably hate this business. You need a system that helps you find interested people. This can be done through marketing online or offline, or by making up a names list. I personally prefer Article Marketing. It’s one of the most powerful ways to attract and educate INTERESTED people.
2) Educate Your Interested People –When someone says they are interested, you need a way for them to get more information so they can make a decision. Some will say yes and some will say no. Either way is ok because you only want to have interested and motivated people on your team. You don’t want to do all this educating personally, so you need a system or a process that maximizes your time. Send people to a website, hand them a DVD, or put them on a Conference Call. This kind of system will allow you to educate dozens of prospects about your business, products, and services… all at the same time.
3) Build Your Team –Once interested people join your team, you need a simple way to help them be successful. Personally, I organize my business builders into groups of 6 and I have a weekly conference call with each group. On each call we discuss our goals, our successes, our problems, and then we brainstorm solutions. You don’t even have to have all the answers, because the group will provide most of those themselves. Small group calls provide support, direction, advice, and a sense of community. And best of all, they create leverage. You can only enroll so many people a week. If you had just 3 groups with 6 people in each group, and they were all enrolling just 1 person a week… that would be 18 new people a week in your business! That’s how you create massive leverage, by just working with a few key individuals.
