
Network marketers are always talking about having a system, and with very few people actually being successful it seems like a case of the blind leading the blind. Most people don’t realize that there are really 3 kinds of network marketing systems you need to be successful.
3 Types of Network Marketing Systems
1) Lead Generation Systems – Lead generation systems help you get new people interested. I personally think this is one of the most important network marketing systems. A network marketing business without interested prospects will not be successful. There are many ways to systematically generate leads. The most common is to make up a name’s list. If you don’t want to do that, then you’ll need a way to market yourself. Check out my resource box if you want to know more about marketing yourself.
2) Recruiting Systems – Recruiting systems help you work with people who are interested. Most of the time when people are talking about network marketing systems, they are talking about the process they use to close the sale. That’s really only a part of what I’m talking about. A good recruiting system should educate your prospect, weed out people who aren’t really interested, and save you time by doing most of it for you. This allows you to focus your time on building relationships with the people who are really interested.
3) Leadership Systems – Leadership systems help you develop your team’s success. Out of all network marketing systems, this is the one that helps you to create duplication. You can be great at creating interested people and closing the sale, but if you don’t have a system for helping your team, then you will hit a plateau that no amount of effort will break through. A good leadership system will help you discover, develop, and deploy new leaders. It will also help you assimilate new team members, communicate with the team, train the team, and build relationships among the team.
