A good sponsor will provide you with coaching and support to help you get your network marketing business off the ground. Too many people in network marketing just sponsor people and forget all about them which leads to people becoming inactive and quitting due to lack of quick success. This is why 95% of all people who get into this business never make any money.
The last most important thing is just to make sure that you truly believe in your success as a network marketer and have a lot of fun doing it. You can have the best compensation plan in the world but if you do not enjoy what you are doing than you will never see success.
