Let's walk through the difference using Frank and Helen, two network marketers who join Travelencia.  Frank joins Travelencia through the Unselfish Wealth team and Helen joins Travelencia directly through the company website.  They both personally sponsor 20 new members each.

Whereas both, the Unselfish Wealth 4x6 team building system matrix and the Travelencia 4x6 forced matrix will only allow you to have no more than 4 personally sponsored members on your 1st line, the difference is that throughout Frank's downline, his members will ALL be receiving personally sponsored members and Helen's downline will just be receiving spill overs.

Here's how this works out for Frank and Helen

Frank's 1st line will consist of 4 personally sponsored members.  Helen's 1st line will consist of 4 personally sponsored members.  Frank and Helen both receive the $20.00 Fast Start Bonuses, for the first 4 members, and the Matrix Bonuses (residual income) for the next 4 levels and now qualify to become an Area Director in Travelencia.  At this point, they would both upgrade their membership in Travelencia from a Silver level ($19.95 a month) to a Gold level ($49.95 a month) so they would also qualify to receive the Matching Matrix Bonuses from their first 4 levels.  The Matching Matrix Bonus pays a percentage of the Matrix Bonus income that your personally sponsored members earn, starting at 100% matching on your first level.  You must be a Gold level member to qualify for the Matching Matrix Bonuses.
 
Frank's 2nd line will consist of 16 personally sponsored members (his 4 1st line members now have 4 personally sponsored members each) and Helen's 2nd line will consist of 16 spill over members.  Her 4 1st line members will each have 4 members, but they are not personally sponsored members.  Because Frank joined Travelencia through Unselfish Wealth, the remaining 16 people were reassigned to Frank's 2nd line as personally sponsored members.

Frank's entire 2nd line is now qualified to become Area Directors.  And because they were given personally sponsored members and not spill overs, they also received the initial $20.00 Fast Start Bonuses, the Matrix Bonuses and with an upgraded membership in Travelencia, they now qualify for the Matching Matrix Bonuses.  In addition, Frank will also receive $8.00 in Fast Start Bonuses for all of the members, after the first 4, down 4 levels, as well as the Matrix Bonuses.

Now that Frank is an Area Director with 4 Area Directors under him, he is now qualified to become an Executive Director in Travelencia, eligible to receive his equal share of the first Global Bonus Pool.  The Global Bonus Pools are where Travelencia sets aside 8% of the total company profits, split into 4 equal pools of 2% each.

Now, let's look at what this means for Helen and her team.

Because Helen joined directly through the Travelencia website, she also qualifies as an Executive Director with 20 personally sponsored members, making her eligible to receive her equal share of the first Global Bonus Pool.  However, only Helen qualifies for the Fast Start Bonuses of $20.00 for the first 4 members then $8.00 thereafter, through the first 4 levels, and because she is a Gold level member in Travelencia, she also qualifies for the Matching Matrix Bonuses on her first 4 levels.  Oh, and let's not forget that Helen also qualifies for the Matrix Bonuses from her team.

What does Helen's team make?

They only receive the Matrix Bonuses.  They do not qualify for the Fast Start Bonuses because those all went to Helen, as the original sponsor.  They do not qualify to become Area Directors because they have no personally sponsored members.  All of their members were spill overs from Helen.  They would not qualify for the Matching Matrix Bonuses because they have no personally sponsored members.

By giving up ALL of his personally sponsored members, over the first 4, Frank is unselfishly helping the members of his team not only earn a lot more money, but they are earning it faster.  And while Helen is making all of the money, her team is making next to nothing.  Helen is what is known in the industry as a "Heavy Hitter."  This has been the tradition of Network Marketing for many years where the ones at the top make all the money.
