MLM marketing and the internet were built for one another without a doubt. In order to use the internet effectively we must understand the importance of ad copy. Good ad copy will generate prospects who are more interested in what you have to offer, it doesn't matter if you do it online or via traditional print media.
Human nature today is about the same as it was 50 years ago. What I mean is, by using the same ad copy that attracted individuals and motivated them to take action back then will still work today in the same fashion as it has in the past. It's how we think and perceive things.
As a proficient mlm marketer you should deeply understand the value of excellent quality ad copy. You must learn the skills you need to achieve the desired response of your target audience. MLM Marketing is a numbers game and these skills are neccessary if you want to generate leads through the internet or via the traditional print media.
If you are going to be successful in MLM marketing there are 4 things your ad copy must do. Without the knowledge of these 4 things you and your MLM marketing venture won't be successful at generating your own FREE leads. This will bring you to an expensive path of buying leads that are owned by someone else just so you are able to continue operating your MLM marketing business.
In order to successfully bring a continuous flow of leads for your MLM marketing business your ad copy must do the following:
Your ad copy must GRAB the attention of your readers
IT must develop and keep interest
It must drive the reader to making a decision
It must then drive that person to take immediate action
The desired action taken by your readers should be to leave the personal information such as: name, phone, address, email, etc...
If your ad copy isn't generating leads for your MLM marketing business, it's not serving its purpose
MLM marketing is all about leads, leads, and more leads. If you aren't continually stuffing your funnel with leads you won't be in business for very long.
It is effective ad copy written by you that will generate an endless flow of leads your way regardless of the medium (internet, newspaper, magazine, etc) you choose to deliver the message.
Keep in mind lead brokers need to make a profit too. If you don't learn to write powerful ad copy to create your own flow of leads you will wind up paying someone else to do it for you. Think of it this way, if a lead broker pays $1 per lead, what do you think you will pay? Obviously more than $1 per lead.
Additionally if you buy from a broker those leads are more than likely shared with other mlm marketers trying to do the same thing you are. So now you have to fight the competition and demonstrate why your MLM marketing products and/or opportunity is better than those who already called. Because these leads aren't owned by you they're not exclusive.
This doesn't even mention the fact that you have no idea how that lead was captured. It makes much more sense economically to learn the trade and skill of generating your own leads using effective ad copy. Doing so will generate much higher quality leads for you and ONLY you. This a huge advantage over purchasing leads from a broker. However, you can't catch fish without properly baiting your hook. That's where learning the skills required for effective ad copy plays an important role in your MLM marketing success.
