Most people work merciless and get an education and work insensible in their profession but continue to just make ends meet.  I like all of you, I did the same thing, worked godless to get ahead and have job security. Our long-term goal was and is to eventually retire comfortably at our designated age, but most of us will work into our sixties to find out that we cannot live on our retirement. This may not work according to the plans that we made because we don’t have any control of our future if we are working for some else. The core value of 95% of the people in the world is I want good paying job with job security. Consider this economy, this core window is out the window. The lanky 5% of the people in the world build big businesses and their core value is freedom (time and money). They leverage their time and money to build a business. Robert Kiyosaki said that his rich dad said, “the rich build network and the rest look for work”.

Robert Kiyosaki (the author of Rich Dad/Poor Dad) also said, “that you must change your core value from that of the Poor Dad to that of the Rich Dad” (from the E quadrant to the B quadrant in his book).  Leverage your time and money to build a business and create a forthcoming for yourself and your family. Take a chance and leave your comfort zone. This means that you have to work ruthless to create a new core value. You have to think outside of the box that you have created over the years. It takes courage to change our core values and look at business opportunities that can create wealth for our family and us. All of us have a coward within, the question is do we allow the coward to run our lives or do we stand strong mentally, emotionally and ethically to create financial freedom.  Do we have the courage to leave our comfortable cow pasture to cross the jungle to get to the land of paradise?

As a retired guidance counselor, for me to embark in this new arena of network marketing is a departure from my comfort zone. I have always, like most of you networked with people in order to get our job done but to build my own home networking business to create personal wealth forced me to leave my comfort zone and develop a new set of rules necessary in the enterprising world. There is an incredible amount of information out there to help you make this shift. There are books  (like Go for No and The Greatest Networker in the World, CDs, Videos) and information on the Internet that will teach you how to build a home networking business. You have networked all of your life and you just didn’t pay attention to it (ex. You see a great movie, the first thing you do is tell some one about it).  To be in network marketing is nothing more than being a housekeeper because in networking what you are doing is taking care of people whether they are prospects or your teammates. As guidance counselor and a father, I took care of people and now as a network marketer, I continue to take care people in helping them to create wealth.

Robert Kiyosaki said, “that network marketing is the Perfect Business” because for a minimal fee you can own your business and build it to independent level that you want without the corporate ladder glass ceiling. This is your business that you can sell it, will it or put it in a trust for your children.

I have found a home-based business in network marketing that I am 100% comfortable with and I am sure that it will work for anyone that is interested in creating financial freedom.
