Work with Millionaires to Learn the Art and Science in Building your Business

So here we are we set out on this journey of building a home based business.  We pick a product or two and go out and try to sell it to everyone we meet.  Not many are successful in fact 98% of home based business owners fail.

So the next step short of quitting is to work with people who actually make the six or even seven figure income we are looking for.  Ever go to work with a millionaire?  I mean a person who has built a home based business to the point that he is generating over one million dollars in revenue.

Thankfully, in my life I have gone to work with such a person.  In fact, I have spent weeks with him, side by side building my home based business.  What most people say at this point is “I can’t tell you how much this has meant to me.”  And quite frankly they don’t tell you anything.

The one thing I can tell you is this that I aspire to pass the techniques, work ethic and positive focus that he has shown me onto you or anyone else who wants to build a home based business.

I am not sure if we think we are entitled to be millionaires or what exactly it is, but there is this sense that being a millionaire is all timing.  Whether that be a great product that has just come out on the market or if we are in some magical initial first offering of a great product, but it really has very little to do with that.

What it has to do with is dedication and determination to learn the skills necessary to receive the income we are looking for in a home based business.  It reminds me of a story about Wayne Gretzky, the national hockey league’s greatest scorer.  It has been stated that Gretzky had the gift of putting himself in best position to score, he still failed on most of his shots, but he scorer based on two things.  The probability that went up when positioned in the right place, and the constant act of shooting.

This colleague of mine that I have had the extreme privilege of working with is a marketer.  He has learned the art and science of marketing, and can marketing anything he chooses.  From baseball cards, to network marketing, to other home based business to motorcycles, you name it and he can market it.

You see the key is understanding how commerce works in the world, understand that you have to build a decent skill set and you can make the kind of money you are looking for in you home based business.

It has very little to do with the actual product, when it has been produced or even what rich guy is using it.  Now that is not to say that you don’t want to market a  quality product, you very much do and most home based business’ have very high quality products. 

When I was first building my business, I was working with folks that were making a few bucks, and then a friend of mind said, “if you want to make serious money, you need to find people that have made serious money in a home based business and get the tools and techniques that they use to make it happen.”

From that day forward that statement was always in the back of my mind, maybe it was indeed in the fore front and the law of attraction delivered the exact thing I was seeking. 

To conclude, I would like to say that I have a ton of respect for anyone who is working a home based business, and thinks outside of the box.  Additionally, I implore you not to quit, to go out find the answers, they are indeed there and you will forever be grateful for not giving up.  Have a great day and don’t let anyone or anything get in the way of you dreams.
