Operating from three massive warehouses in Oxfordshire, Trade Secret receives trailer loads of furniture from some of the UK’s best-loved high street stores, including House of Fraser, Laura Ashley, Marks & Spencer and John Lewis. All stock is checked (defective products are not sold) and displayed unwrapped on 45,000 square feet of floor space. Everything in stock is available for immediate delivery, or can be taken away by the customer there and then.
Since Trade Secret are contractually forbidden to market their top brand names, it’s a word-of-mouth setup that relatively few are aware of!
If you don’t live anywhere near (or can’t travel to) Oxfordshire, don’t fear; Trade Secret’s new exclusive members-only club allows customers to view its constantly changing stock, and even buy furniture, online. There’s a nominal membership fee of £10 to gain access to the online site, but once in the club customers will be able to keep totally up-to-date with new arrivals, and buy top of the range furniture at bargain prices.
