The craftsmanship of Walter Croll's workshop soon began to win it a growing number of orders from discerning customers, and when the Union Castle Line awarded Millbrook a contract to refurnish and carpet their entire fleet, the success of the young Company was assured.

Hypnos has been manufacturing luxury handmade beds using traditional methods for over four generations and is renowned around the world as the expert in handcrafted deep pocket sprung beds (known in the USA as box-springs). Proud holders of the Royal Warrant of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, Hypnos places the elements of quality and comfort above all else.
