I have a 95 Fleetwood Pace Arrow and a problem with the rubber roof. The previous owner had painted the roof with a rubber sealant of some sort. Along the drip edges he had put a web type tape and painted over it. Recently the rubber paint has started peeling off. I peeled as much off as I have been able to but in doing so I had to remove the web tape from the membrane edge and the gutter. once I peeled the web tape, I have noticed that there is a gap in places of about 1/8 of an inch between the membrane and gutter and in spots, the membrane can be lifted up to about 1 inch from the edge. I dont have $5000 for a new roof. The drip edge is riveted on and from talking to fleetwood, I couldnt move the drip edge up any further because there would be nothing to screw into behind. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TKS
