She does not want a lover only

Man of today must understand that the woman of today does not want a lover as her husband, but she has got so many other considerations in her mind when she is choosing a life partner. And therefore, time has come when the man who is desiring a wife must understand the changed psychology of the woman of today. She is to leave the house of her parents for ever and that is the reason she has got in her mind that she should get a place i.e. a house where she can live for the remaining part of her life. And therefore, she is not looking for a husband only but she is also seeking a place where she could continue her life and that too she could live a happy life. And that is the reason, she is examining all aspects of life.
The men who are seeking a wife from amongst women of today must choose a woman and while choosing a woman he must understand that she would be agreeing only if he is fulfilling her inner desires. She wants that the man who shall participate in her life must be having proper education, proper training and he is properly adjusted at a work from where he is drawing proper income with which he is in a position to run the administration of the family. she wants that her husband should be having qualifications more than she has and if need be, he must be having a higher status in life and in the work place. She wants that her husband should not be drug addict, should not be a drunkard, should not be opium eater and he should not be a gambler. She wants that the man of her dream must be having a good reputation in the society to which he belongs. And at the same time she would like a man who has got a small family and responsibilities to a lower side. And after examining all these basic points she would look at his personality and physical considerations. She would like that the man should be having a good look and a good health. She would look at the clothes he is wearing and whether she would like to accompany him in the society. She would like that the man should not be having difference of age and if there is one, it should not be more than one or two years. She would like to have information about the height of the man. She would like that this man shall be able to bring up the children and settle them in the society to which they shall belong and in countries like India, she would also see whether the man is belonging to the religion, caste, economic group or the like which shall be acceptable to her parents and to the society of which she is a member.
These are the considerations which are in the mind of woman and therefore, the man seeking her friendship must understand these basic demands and if he is not fulfilling these basic demands of the woman, he should not go ahead with his love affairs because he shall be left heart-broken . The woman of today is not basing her life on love only because only love would not fulfill all her basic demands. That is the reason that most of the love affairs are broken and especially in India, most of the love stories are telling us failure in love affairs and that is the reason most of the items in literature are ending in tragedy. Therefore, in all the countries love affairs are based on these considerations and when we examine these items, we can say that all these relations are not love affairs, but these are items of contractual relationship.
