Hotel Majestic has just opened a new Spa, Majestic Spa Essential Moments; a 5-star spa located in one of the city’s most prestigious boutique hotels. The hotel itself is in fact also enviably located right in the heart of Barcelona and it is a member of the Epoque Hotels Collection – www.epoquehotels.com.

Majestic Spa is an innovative centre dedicated to the body. It offers various treatments for both men and women that take care of their beauty and wellbeing. In Majestic Spa the client can enjoy all kind of therapies: from the conventional massage to highly sophisticated treatments and timeless beauty routines such as depilation, manicure, pedicure and make up. All of it takes place in a luxurious and stylish atmosphere.

Majestic Spa is on the top floor of the hotel, where one can also find an impressive terrace where guests can have a tea before starting any treatment and enjoy a privileged view over Barcelona. The spa has state-of-the-arts equipment, including four treatment cabins, two for manicure and pedicure and an exclusive and highly innovative hydrotherapy area.


The products of the prestigious luxury cosmetics firm Natura Bissé have been chosen for the treatments carried out at the spa. Classic facial therapies are a special treatment at Majestic Spa. Amongst the wide variety on offer, it is worth mentioning: “Aire de Amanecer” (Dawn Air), ideal for those who want to feel their skin totally refreshened; “Placeres Cítricos” (Citric Pleasures), an exclusive treatment based on vitamin C that helps rebalance lost vitality; and Diamond Sinfonía (Diamond Symphony), a treatment that takes almost two hours and employs 30 active ingredients applied during 3 consecutive massages to awaken cells.

Body treatments are also a must. The Crystal Honey Corporal Peeling that applies crystallized honey to obtain silky feeling skin; the Ice Relax treatment, based on cryonic therapy; and the Diamantes del Majestic (Majestic Diamonds) that makes use of diamond dust amongst other ingredients and is ideally suited to counterbalance the electromagnetic pollution caused by electric equipment such as cell phones and computers.
