How much did the government spend just if they tapped the phone calls made just to know if there are conversations between the suicide bombers and the group of terrorists? There are no close answers that would settle this question.
However, there is no reason for people to feel paranoid. There are certain steps to follow after you get an address coming from a phone number. Before somebody can visit your address, they must first get an approval from the court.
